At SPARK, we value creativity to a high degree. It is through creative liberties that result in innovation and technological advancements in our society and so we ensure students at our events get the creative freedoms to develop their own unique ideas for problems in today's world. Everyone is different and can bring about many forms of innovation, all that is needed is passion and we are here to jumpstart it.
Leadership is crucial in the STEM field. It is a skill that involves goal-setting, problem-solving, and communication, all of which are necessary when working as part of a team. We know that for the youth to delve into STEM fields, they should develop leadership skills and our events will not only help students act upon leadership but also build the habit moving forward in life. We strive to be the stepping stone for many leaders in the future.
